I have my tools ready for the big project. I am only short of some important knowledge which I'm trying to gain within a short period of time. Once done, I will have a month to finish the project. And most importantly, weeks of "marketing" later.
This week has been awesome! Records after records are being breaked!
A company appears the strongest and most lucrative among other companies. Alice invest in it because she feels it will give her secured dividends and other good benefits. Unfortunately, she didn't know it was an overvalued company. In fact, she kept telling others that she made a wise decision and the company was the best - she was just plain ignorant and blind. Initially, it brought her good profits and it met her expectations so she decided to put full faith and invest her entire savings in the company. Unfortunately one day the company went bust, she lost her entire money that she has invested in and her faith in the company shattered without warning. It was just a short-term happiness and the after effects was extreme misery..
If she has invested in undervalued companies, she would have been better off. The problem is undervalued companies' balance sheet looks totally unattractive and most people will get bored or will just avoid it since it gives such low returns, insecurity that it will go bust anytime, and other investors will ridicule the investor who would invest in it. However in the long run it's worth it - dividends and profits will increase overtiime since it's meant to be a long-term investment.
Put this in relationship context on how most women choose men and you will get the gist of it. It mean many things - try to interpret it.
6/5/2009 "Burn the ships!"I've finally finished doing my Professional Profiling. Believe it or not, I took 3-4 days to finish everything up. I spent nearly the whole day during those 3-4 days either at home and outside with my laptop researching my target company and compiling all the information. And yeah, I had a few new pimples and suffering from minor hairloss during those days. Well, the "price" was worth it though and at least everything is done.. I can relax now.
Time poisons beauty and beauty will die one day - we have no control over it; success, on the other hand, is within your control.
And yesterday's morning I was at Singapore Expo's Coffeebean. As I surfed the internet using the free wireless connection (which disconnects every bloody 5 mins), I thought of an interesting project. It's a big project (which could take months) But well, it's worth it if everything turns out well.
Unfortunately, the project requires knowledge in some fields and I truly need to study up a lot. So I guess I gonna be a bookworm for the remaining days of my vacation.

A dark horse concealing from the others and preparing. Adult: It has finally emerged as a butterfly. Free to fly anywhere and admired by all. I'm at the Pupa stage of life. And of course my organs and other body parts don't dissolve, but rather it is my belief system and personality.
Other than internal factors, there are external factors which I will not talk about it.
Anyway, I manage to get Marilyn Manson's new album. And WOW! Damn~ it's awesome! 5/22/2009 Vacation please!This week has been really-really tiring! I just feel so lethargic this few days... so lethargic that I have to take 2 cans of coffee every morning now.
But then, I'm quite happy with my "earnings". Heh! I've set a new goal now! To earn a certain amount before my vacation begins which is next week! So I have till the end of the next weekend to achieve this goal. Then another goal will be set for that 2-weeks of vacation.
And not to forget I have to do my Professional Profiling crap.
At least I have take some steps to move to my financial goals and dreams.
Red Roses were placed on your doorstep for your acceptance. You know that it's there, but you refuse to take them.
Day after day, you passed-by and gnored them; you refused to take even the slightest care of them; you took its fragrance for granted.
Now the roses died.
It wasn't time which killed them, but it's my realization that killed it.

I've been deceived by looks again.
But fortunately, my mind controls my heart - the aftereffects are inhibited. 5/15/2009 Priorities ResetThis few days I've been brooding over matters again, as usual.
In the past, I've made up my mind and decided that being successful will be my first priority, but then out-of-nowhere my feelings will mislead me and I will I suddenly seek for a lifetime lover. I will never feel comfortable having a girlfriend when my problems are still living around and inside me.
My priorities orders has been reset. May I succeed. |
